Warranty & returns

This product is warranted against factory defect in material and workmanship for a period of 1 (one) year from date of purchase or receipt as a gift. During the warranty period Yacht Beam will have repaired, or at its option, replaced at no cost to you for labor, materials or return transportation.

This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident or misuse, or as a result of service or modification by other than the manufacturer.

To place the warranty in effect, complete a warranty form or return the registration card accompanying your product within ten days of purchase.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. There is a 20% restocking fee for any returned merchandise.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.
